The Society of Scottish Artists (SSA) is hiring!
The SSA is seeking to appoint a creative and enthusiastic Administrator, to help with the running of the Society, coordinate the planning and delivery of the prestigious Annual Exhibition at The Academy on the Mound in Edinburgh and promote the Society at both national and international level.
£12,000, 3 days a week, on a freelance basis for a fixed term 12 month contract (with 3 month probationary period)
The SSA is an artist-led membership organisation governed by an elected President and elected Council consisting of around twelve members of the Society. The Administrator is key to the successful running of the organisation and the coordination of the Annual Exhibition, managing budgets, memberships and marketing through effective use of IT including email, web, Excel spreadsheets, FileMaker Pro database and more.
