Statement

I am passionate about art and enjoy experimenting with new ideas.Recently I have been having fun playing with collage and paint creating surreal images.I have also been working on a much larger scale ,developing my oil painting technique, layering with thin glazes trying to capture the luminosity of light in my work. This is a different approach to making my small alla prima en plein air studies and I am enjoying the challenges of working on a much larger scale. I am inspired by my travels with friends and family and love sketching people and places I visit.
