My work is a collection of beautiful sympathies; the infinity I have with ambience.
My testimony is painted onto canvas and burned into wood.


Stephanie Pijper is a Scottish Artist working in oils, ink and pyrography woodburning. Recognised for her figurative and wildlife work in the UK and abroad, Stephanie combined the two with her love of the atmospheric to create 'Sweet Karasu,' a collection of Gothic oil paintings. Sweet Karasu has expanded into the practice of Pyrography (woodburning) and book illustration.
Graduating from Duncan of Jordanstone college of Art in Dundee in 2006 with a BA Hons degree in Fine art, Stephanie travelled in Europe, living in Holland and Spain before settling in the Scottish Borders.
Her work is held in private collections internationally.

3rd Prize for the Windsor & Newton Oil Painter Awards at the Royal Institue of Oil Painters (ROI) Annual Exhibition in December 2013.
