FAQ’s

Re: Submission Form

The submission page was not designed for moving image so some anomalies do occur. Please find advance answers that may be of use:

Q  You say it is an anonymous selection but my video has my name in the credits and also my video is on my own Vimeo page where my name is visible.

Yes we understand that happens and it is OK. We still aim to be very objective in our selection process. Where you are asked to tick the box saying your name is not visible, just tick it and please do not include your name in the written text.

Q  When I type in the URL for my film I get the message saying ‘Sorry due to your Privacy settings you work cannot be viewed here’.

This only happens where you have set a password. In this case just make sure you have added both the URL and password to your text and we will find the work. If there is no password set then you will not get that message.
