Cat Burton, is a fine art photographer who creates enchanting artworks inspired by Scotland.

A self-taught artist originating from Lincolnshire, England, Cat’s work has a unique atmosphere and ethereal quality.

Photography was a passion for Cat from an early age but she didn’t pursue it as a career immediately. Graduating from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Computer Science, she worked as a software engineer in the investment banking and video games industries, building a reputation as a highly skilled freelance developer and speaking at conferences internationally.

In 2017 after spending 10 years honing her craft and style, she left the software industry to pursue her art full time.

Now based near Perth in Scotland, Cat spends her time exploring beautiful Scottish locations with her camera, creating artworks and commissions and exhibiting across the UK.
