My work aims to highlight and encompass a range of concerns and interests. Central to my subject matter is a strong social conscience, perception of humanitarian issues and a sense of moral justice. Also my spiritual awareness of the natural life forms on the planet deeply informs my work.

Living in Queensland, Australia for three years and my travels to North America, France, Italy, Spain and around Britain have all influenced me and offered exciting opportunities for exploration and themes in the form of nature, architecture, history and culture.

Through the process of combining my experiences, research and a powerful creative imagination, my work develops a personal identity. My chosen medium depends on the emotional impact I wish to convey and is a result of experimentation until I achieve the desired outcome.

Born in Edinburgh. Freelance Artist since 2005. Through regular exhibitions, my work has gone into private collections in Britain and abroad. I also undertake commission work including paintings, printmaking and offer painting tuition and art therapy. Viewing of my work can also be arranged by appointment.
