Award winning artist Pat Beveridge is based in Fife, Scotland. An accomplished painter, Pat also began working in textiles and other media in 2002. She retired from teaching in 2004 to become a professional artist. Pat's work is remarkable for its combination of colours and is widely recognised throughout Scotland and beyond. Her work is on show permanently in her studio in Glenrothes and she exhibits regularly in galleries throughout Scotland and other parts of the UK. Pat holds a number of qualifications related to her art and will graduate from Edinburgh College of Art in 2014.

Pat's awards include: the Worshipful Company of Broderers Prize 2009; Highly Commended - City and Guilds Medals for Excellence 2009; Workbook Award - Charles Henry Foyle Trust Stitched Textile Awards 2007; Best in Show - Loose Threads exhibition, Perth City Hall; and Best in Show and highly commended awards at the Shell exhibition held annually in Kirkcaldy Art Gallery.
