Ruby Lord is a multi-disciplinary artist living and working in Glasgow. Originally from Newcastle Upon Tyne, she undertook a foundation diploma at the Manchester School of Art (2018) before moving on to study a BA Hons in Fine Art: Painting & Printmaking at the Glasgow School of Art (2018-2021). Whilst completing an exchange semester at OCAD Toronto, Canada, she began her ongoing investigation into exploring the possibilities of combining digital media and oil paint. Her work is concerned with the overlooked glitches present in society, and the strangeness of how we live in the world.
